While Office Beaver tries to ensure that all prices, product descriptions and printer compatibility on this site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.
You are responsible for purchasing the correct ink cartridge for your printer, our compatibility guide is a guide only and you should contact us before ordering if you are in any doubt. If you have purchased the wrong ink cartridges and you would like to return them for a refund, you will be liable for any charges relating to returning the items. If you require an exchange cartridge for the correct one you will be liable for the price difference, if any, and subsequent postage costs. Returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition in which you received your item(s). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the item.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Office Beaver until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Office Beaver of your offer to buy goods from us or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Office Beaver. Please note we are not a wholesaler and do not supply the trade as the stock we hold is for end users only. Any purchases made for the trade will be cancelled and refunded in full.
You must check that the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
You undertake that all details you provide to Office Beaver for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the debit or credit card you are using is your own and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any address changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible by using the "Contact Us" page by selecting the appropriate drop down box from the menu.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Office Beaver shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing via the Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us via the “Contact Us” page detailing your name, sales record number and fault description within 30 days of purchase. If we are unable to assist in rectifying the fault we will provide you with a FREEPOST address and full instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse. Upon receipt we will send you a replacement.
If you have purchased an incorrect item please request a returns authorisation number by contacting us via the “Contact Us” page and we will send return instructions to you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Office Beaver reserves the right a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Therefore please do not open the packaging otherwise we may not be able to refund you.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not allowed to accept any items that fall under the Health and Beauty products such as baby bottles and accessories, toothbrush heads etc for health and safety reasons. This is standard across the industry to ensure all items are new and reach customers in safe conditions.
Cancellation of Orders
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 14 working days after you receive the product by contacting us via the “Contact Us” page ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Office Beaver provided the item is unopened, and in a resalable condition, together with the original invoice. You are responsible for any charges relating to returning the goods and are responsible for their safe arrival. We will not refund or replace an item if the item is not returned to us first. We encourage you to get proof of postage from your post office in case an item is lost in the post.
Upon receipt of the goods Office Beaver will refund you the purchase price of the goods, minus an administration fee. If Office Beaver receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited (minus costs outlined above) by Office Beaver from your PayPal/credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Office Beaver in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

Office Beaver does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, images, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Images of product packaging may vary from time to time for marketing purposes only, cartridges are not affected. Cartridge page yield is approximate and actual page yields will vary dependant on printer used, images printed and other factors.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price or specification. If you have been charged for the item(s) but we have not dispatched it we will cancel and refund your order.
Office Beaver does not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from Office Beaver.
Our estimated delivery date is between 5-6 working days. We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday and all orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. If your item is not in stock you will not be able to order it. Our software will only allow products that are in stock to be ordered so rest assured if you can order it, we have it in stock.
Please note that our standard delivery does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Only "Next day delivery" provides a guaranteed delivery date.
Some items will be dispatched separately or unboxed for postal cost reasons. Although we dispatch all items at the same time (we do not part ship) please be aware that the parcels may not arrive at the same time due to the service provided by Royal Mail.
We ask that you double check the address given before placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched it will be sent to the address that you have provided. If you have provided an incorrect address and the item is returned to us we will refund you minus our outgoing delivery cost.
If you need us to change your delivery address you must email us in the subject box “Urgent: Change of delivery address” so we notice it quickly and we will try to change it if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
Not all items fit through a letterbox and you will be responsible for collecting the item if you are out. Most postmen leave calling cards, but some do not. Therefore if your item hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time please check with your local collection office first before contacting us. Email your enquiry by contacting us via the "Contact Us" page so we can investigate the matter for you.
What do I do if my order has not shown up?
Please only contact us if you have waited 15 working days from the dispatch email you have received from us and have followed the procedures outlined below.
Items can get delayed in the post especially around busy holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays or if there is adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. These factors are outside our control but we have strict processes in place to protect our customers and ourselves against loss, damage or theft. If your item has not turned up please follow the procedures outlined and then contact us if it still hasn’t shown up.
- Most items are too large to fit through the letterbox and from experience not all postmen leave “whilst you were out” cards. Therefore please check with your neighbours and contact your local Royal Mail collection office in case your item is waiting to be picked up.
- Check that the address you have provided is the address you are now residing and that it is correct.
- Ask your household members or colleagues if they have received your item in case they took delivery and have not informed you.
- It is possible for items to be mislaid at collection offices. Inform your postman to look out for the parcel you are expecting and ask him to double check the collection office. Sometimes we receive parcels back from collection offices despite customers stating they did check with their collection office. Contact your local collection office EVERY DAY as sometimes items do turn up after your initial check.
- If your item still doesn’t turn up and you have waited 15 working days (28 days for Rest of World) from the postal date please contact us via the "Contact Us" page
- We will ask you to fill in and sign a “Lost in post” declaration which will need to be returned to us before we will replace or refund your item. This information is used by Royal Mail to place on their database to their improve services and to track multiple claims by fraudulent customers
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
All Intellectual Property Rights (including these Terms & Conditions) in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely. In these Terms, ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Office Beaver is able to track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities. Anyone suspected in providing false non arrival claims to us will be excluded from buying from Office Beaver and our affiliate partners. Submitting false claims is theft and you will be prosecuted if caught. All contact details including name, username, address, postcode and item purchased are submitted to Action Fraud (http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/contact-us) to ensure the internet is a safer place to buy and sell.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your purchase immediately and without notice to you if:
you fail to make any payment to us when due;
you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise);
when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity;
we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.
