"Exasperated at not receiving the ink cartridges I'd ordered I decided to google the company to see if others have had the same problem. Seems I'm not alone. Ordered 13/01/17 and as of today (26/01/17) still no delivery.\nThey have asked me to confirm they have the right address (delay tactics) and the usual ""check the delivery office"" (which I have done as pass it every day).\nSeriously not impressed. Have ordered from them in the past and they've been ok. Not sure what's going on here but I suspect they have stock issues. I wish they'd just refund me so I can go elsewhere. Not be ordering from them again - not worth the couple of £ saving in my opinion."
